The build
The brief
America First Healthcare sells something most people have never had explained to them: a catastrophic core plus a gap layer, priced in the open, instead of a plan that quietly collects premiums for care they will never use. The founders could make that case in fifteen minutes on a call. The website had to make it in about forty seconds, to a stranger who arrived sceptical. The brand, the voice and the argument were theirs and fully formed before we arrived; our work was the site that carries them.
What we built
The page opens with the question the business exists to answer — do you actually know what your health plan covers? — and then earns the right to the answer. A plain comparison table sets the America First way beside a typical plan across nine lines that matter: the premium, the deductible before help arrives, what happens in a six-figure event, who shops the carriers, and what next year's rate does. Below it, the three traps families fall into, each with the number behind it. Proof runs throughout: 4.9 on Trustpilot across hundreds of reviews, licensed in all fifty states, families protected to date.
Decisions that shaped it
Every path ends in the same place: a free fifteen-minute review with a licensed advisor, stated as free, timed, and without obligation, because vagueness is what makes people hesitate. The numbers on the page are labelled for what they are — the coverage map says plainly that the named households are illustrative and the weekly figures are estimates. A business asking families to trust it with catastrophic risk cannot afford a single overstated number, and a site that marks its own estimates is more believable than one that does not.
What's live now
The site runs the funnel today at americafirsthealthcare.com: the argument, the comparison, the proof, and the review booking. It was our first client build — website only, in a voice that already knew itself — and it set the standard the studio has worked to since.
In short
America First Healthcare isn't a typical insurance agency — it's a movement. Private coverage built the other way round: real protection against the hospital bill that would wipe out your savings, without paying every month for care you never use.
The brand, the movement, and the voice are the client's own — fully formed before we arrived. Our work was the website: making their case the way the founders do. Bold typography that leads with the question, the comparison laid out plainly, thousands of five-star reviews doing the vouching, and one action at the center of every path: the free healthcare review.
It was our first client build — website only, delivered in a voice that was already sure of itself — and the start of the studio's record.
