Built, not assembled
No templates, no page builders, no theme bought and bent into shape. Every site on our portfolio was designed for the business it serves and custom-built, which is why they load fast and behave the way they were meant to.
One studio, start to finish
The identity and the website are the same conversation. When a designer hands files to a developer, meaning leaks between them. Here the person who decided the typography is the person who wrote the markup — and when a business needs the system beneath the site, that is the same team too.
The work is the argument
Every project on this site is live and in use. Real businesses depend on them daily: a healthcare funnel, a kitchen's weekly menu, a household's protected hours. We would rather show you work that is running than describe work that might.
Honest over impressive
If a landing page is what the business needs, we quote a landing page. If the timeline you want isn't the timeline the work takes, we say so on the first call. We'll tell you when we're not the right studio — that conversation costs less than a bad project.
Who you work with

Inception Devs is led by Rashad Abdul Hamid, its founder and creative director. There is no account manager between you and the work, no brief passed to a junior, and no agency handoff where the person who sold you the project disappears after the deposit. You talk to the person designing and building it, from the first call to launch and after.
We’re based in Orlando, Florida, and we work with clients wherever they are — most projects run over video, shared documents and a direct line for the questions that come up between them. Calls run Monday to Friday, 9am to 9pm Eastern, and new inquiries are answered within one business day.
